Womens’ Ministry
Women on Wednesdays (WoW)
A series of women’s groups which meet at the church hall on Wednesday mornings. Running from 10am until midday, this group is designed to help women of all ages meet other women for Christian support & encouragement in the context of prayer & bible study groups. We have morning tea together before dividing to our particular groups. Sometimes the groups join together to hear from a speaker or to look at a special topic. A creche, affectionately known as Children on Wednesday (COW), frees Mums for involvement in groups.
Mothers’ Union (MU)
Meets 11am on the first Tuesday each month for bible study and prayer. Also provides an outreach service to new mothers at Wollongong Hospital and Tea and Sympathy at the Children’s Court and at the Family Court.
